  • Eligibility: Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as consumables (e.g., batteries) and personalized/custom orders, are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds for Products

  • Approval: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Eligibility: If you are unsatisfied with our repair services, you may request a refund within 14 days of the service date.

4. Exchanges
